I've never written a diary, but because I now have a new site that I love, I wanted to share the events of my busy life. The first entry of my diary will be devoted to a meeting that made a huge impression on me.
Very recently a talented British actor, Orlando Bloom, visited Russia. As always he was accompanied by Sam Arutyunyan, a Hollywood celebrity agent who brings foreign celebrities to Russia. My husband Alexander and I are great friends of Sam.
On Sunday morning we got a call from Sam. He invited us to the theater "Sovremennik" to see Chekov's play "Three Sisters," after notifying us that we would be joined by Orlando Bloom. I won't lie; it was insanely interesting. First off, the play was wonderful, and when an international star sits next to you, then it is twice as interesting.
During the intermission we walked over to the concession stand. It was amusing to watch the kind of pleasure that a Hollywood celebrity gets from a simple liver sausage.
At another moment, an idea came into the head of our foreign guest to go to Saint Petersburg! Unfortunately we couldn't arrange company for him, but we proposed for him to stop by our St. Petersburg apartment, to which they happily agreed.
After three days we've received wonderful photos that they sent us, as well as a letter expressing their big appreciation and their impressions about what an exquisite city Saint Petersburg is.

And I will try to do more entries in my diary as much as possible!
